Genie’s draftReview before sending

Hi Emma, James liked the natural light and would like a second viewing. I’m confirming availability before suggesting a time.

Based on the recorded call. Proposed Facts still need review.
Illustrative workflow · No real messages or calls
From a reviewed call to a report, back to the right conversation.

Reply with the story in front of you.

Read the property’s email and WhatsApp conversations in one place. Ask Genie to draft a reply using that history, then check the recipient, edit the wording and approve it.

Stay with the conversation.

Make and receive calls with the property in view. Afterwards, check the transcript, key points and proposed Facts. Ask Genie to draft the follow-up while the conversation is still fresh.

Hand over the longer jobs.

Ask for a valuation brief, document analysis or vendor report. MaxWork uses the relevant calls, messages and files, asks for missing details and returns a draft for you to refine.

Chapter 1: The record

Every call, message and detail, kept with the property.

  • Tue 14:10 · Buyer call: James would like a second viewing.
  • Tue 09:42 · Vendor message: Asked how the viewings went.
  • Still to confirm: Viewing availability.

A request is not a booking.

Chapter 2: What changed

The earlier record stays. The latest is clear.

  • Earlier suggestion: Saturday morning
  • Latest preference: Sunday afternoon
  • Still to confirm: Availability and the time.

A preference is not a booking.

Chapter 3: Private details

Connected does not mean shared.

  • For the buyer: The second viewing request.
  • Private to the vendor: Their negotiating position.
  • Before sharing: Check the recipient and the wording.

Private details stay out of the reply.

Chapter 4: Your review

Prepared with the property in mind. Nothing sent.

Draft reply: Hi James, thank you for asking. The vendor has suggested Sunday afternoon. I’m checking availability and will confirm the time shortly.

    The time Genie gives back

    The busywork adds up.
    So does the time back.

    Our estimate

Hours given back by size of agency, each a minimum. Everything comes from one rule: about 10 hours a week for each person in sales.

Time back each week, by agency size

Minimum hours, their worth in staff time, and the extra people they equal.

Where the 200+ hours come from

A multi-branch agency: 4 branches, 20 in sales, 200 homes on the market.

In all, 200+ hours, worth £4,400+ a week.

How the estimates are built: minutes saved per job × jobs a day × 5 days. That comes to about 10 hours a week for each person in sales, on a 7.5-hour working day, and every figure is shown as a minimum. Pounds are those hours × £22 an hour (UK) or £28 (London), each a minimum: the staff time they free, not cash saved. Product facts come from the RealGenie product. The estimates are still being refined, and agencies using RealGenie measure the real numbers.

    A few useful answers

    Before you ask.

    What is RealGenie?

RealGenie is an agentic AI platform for estate agencies. It brings the dashboard, Assistant Genie, Unified Comms and Genie Studio together. You can follow a sale, ask questions about the property and get help with enquiries, client messages and documents.

What makes it an agency’s second brain?

A sale can take months, and the details are easy to lose across calls, messages and files. RealGenie keeps that history with the property, including reviewed Facts and unanswered questions. Genie draws on those records when you ask for help. It cannot know information it has never received.

What happens when a new enquiry arrives?

Message enquiries enter Leads, where Genie captures details and asks qualification questions 24/7. You can still see which portal an enquiry came from if the conversation moves to email or WhatsApp. Check the conversation in Approvals before admitting the lead to Live Inbox.

Why is it called Live Inbox?

Because the conversation keeps going throughout the sale. Buyers call, vendors ask for updates and solicitors send documents. Live Inbox brings Comms, Calls and MaxWork together so those updates remain part of the same property record.

How do calls fit into Unified Comms?

You make or answer the call. Genie helps capture it as a transcript, proposed Facts and follow-up drafts for review. A new caller can enter Leads; an existing client’s call adds to the property history. Recording and transcription depend on your connected calling setup and appropriate notice.

What can I ask MaxWork to do?

Ask for comparable sales research, valuation preparation, an appraisal letter, a memorandum of sale or a vendor report. You can also ask questions about documents and provide a previous letter as a reference. MaxWork uses the property records and asks when it needs important missing details.
